I used to not be a big blueberry fan. They were just ok considered to other yummy berries that seemed more flavorful.
Every time I read something nutrition related, blueberries kept coming up as the number one superfood in fruits to consume. I started to incorporate them more into my diet and soon I became a blueberry lover!
Now I can eat them by the handful and have to make myself stop before I finish them all off!
