Now juicing won’t keep you full because the fiber is removed. For people who have digestive problems and can’t handle a lot of fiber, juicing is great because it’s gentler for the tummy. Another plus!

The juicer I use is the Breville Juice Fountain. I like it because its affordable (around $100), easy to use, and most important, machine cleanup is easy. Believe me, you want that!

- 1 Cucumber
- 2 stalks of celery ( start with 1 if juicing is new to you )
- 1 carrot
- Greens– Large leaf greens work best. ( Kale, or Collard greens, or Swiss chard ) Rotate your greens when juicing. It gives you a wide variety of different nutrients.
- Small green apple or section of grapefruit
- 1/2 peeled lemon
Start with the cucumber and place everything in the blender one item at a time.
Once everything is juiced, pour into your glass, give it a stir, and enjoy the power of juicing!
