Mary Ruth Liposomal Vitamin C – I love that this is a liquid Vitamin C! Because of the liposomal delivery it gets to your cells quickly. Vitamin C is crucial for collagen, heart health, bones, and skin. This is a great product to keep you healthy! Also, the citrus-vanilla flavor is so good!
Brain MD Vitamin D – I’ve taken different D supplements, but I feel the difference with this one. Especially in my brain! The dose is 5,000 (IU), and you take it once a day. I love this company also because its brain focused. Vitamin D is so critical for overall health and disease prevention. This is a powerful D that you will feel working in a short amount of time.
Health Products I’m Loving
Truvani Protein and Greens – This is the best discovery! I love the Truvani company. Super clean ingredients that you can pronounce! Vegan, non-GMO and organic. I drink this usually after I work out, or anytime I want some extra greens. Usually, this type of product tastes like grass and you have to chug it down to get it over with. This tastes great! Honestly the best I have ever had. I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk and it gives me 10grams of protein and a good daily supply of greens. Only 1 gram of sugar also. It’s light and refreshing, and the taste is amazing for a green drink.
Similasan Allergy Eye Relief – My eye doctor recommended these for allergy season, and I’m so glad she did. They work! Takes the itch and irritation out of your eyes immediately. No bad ingredients, just soothing relief.
Dr. Brite Wipes – There are a lot of sanitizing wipes out there now, but these are the ones I use all the time. They are in a soft pack, which makes them nice to keep in the car, or for travel. This company is all about clean ingredients which are important for your health. The wipes come in a Eucalyptus or a citrus scent, and both are great!
Skincare
Supergoop Glowscreen SPF – This was a great find! Now you can protect your skin with an SPF and glow at the same time! It’s light and with just enough shimmer to make your skin look radiant and healthy while protecting it. Love this product!
Supergoop Bright-Eyed Eye Cream SPF 40 – Another great product from Supergoop! Protects your eyes with an SPF, and brightens at the same time. I discovered this by accident, but it will forever be part of my regimen now!
Eminence Stone Crop Cleansing Oil – Love this cleansing oil! This is great on its own or used as part of a double cleansing, which is how I use it. It hydrates, moisturizes, and brightens, leaving your skin clean and balanced. It’s wonderful, smells amazing, and has clean ingredients. The perfect product for removing makeup!
Body Care And Scalp I’m Loving
OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil – I love this company for its sea-based clean ingredients. This oil is amazing! Light fragrance, and hydrates and firms the body skin. Just makes your skin look better! This is great all year long, but awesome when it’s colder outside!
Wildling Aura Stone Body Guasha – I love guasha for the face, and now I’m loving guasha for the body. I’m hooked on this body stone which is larger and so easy to use. In just 5 minutes you can target your lymph and stuck fascia which can look like dimples on the skin. If you want to take your body care to another level, check out the body guasha stone!
Alba Very Emollient Body Lotion – This is my go-to everyday lotion. Clean ingredients, fragrance-free and gives wonderful hydration. I use it all year long and still love it.
Make-Up
Undone Cream Blush – My sister gave me this blush as a gift, and it’s now one of my favorites. I’m loving cream blushes, especially as I age. It gives the look of blushing from within and makes your skin look hydrated and soft. Not dry like powdered blush can do. I put it on after foundation or on bare skin, and blend with a brush. It’s also long-lasting which I love! This line has a lot of creamy makeup products, so it’s on the list to check out more. Available at most target stores. This blush is a keeper!
Beauty Bento Eyeshadow Trio – I keep it pretty simple with eyeshadow and this little trio can make applying shadow quick and foolproof. It’s perfect for travel, and you have 3 beautiful blendable colors that give you a casual look, or glam look all in one little container. I have the “Velvet Dream” colors and I love them! This was a great find, and worth checking out!
Books I’m Loving
Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi – Oh this book! A total journey of emotions and one of the best books I have read this year. It’s a hard read because of the story of racial injustice, but so necessary to understand what people have suffered because of it. The book follows the journey of 2 sisters who were separated and lead two very different lives. It follows their descendants through eight generations. This story will stay with you for a long time and maybe even forever.
The Chaperone by Laura Moriarty – I loved this book! I have read it’s going to be made into a movie, so I hope the movie is as good as the book! The time period is in the 1920s and ’30s which I also love. Fifteen-year Loise leaves to attend a prestigious dance school in New York but has to have a chaperone with her on the month-long stay. 36-year-old Cora is that chaperone. No one knows that Cora has her own agenda for the trip. She is seeking to get some answers from her past, which takes her on her own New York journey of self-discovery. This is a great read and I think you would love it!
