It’s time for what I’m loving!
So many good finds that I’m excited to share with you!
Let’s get to it!
Skin Care That I’m Loving
Dermalogica Hyaluronic Ceramide Mist – I love this company. They were the line I used in my facial business, so they will always be a favorite. Even though I try a lot of new skincare products, I always rely on this line for innovative products that are result driven.
All that to say, I love this facial mist! My skin is dry and can be dehydrated, and this mist has dramatically improved my skin! This mist adds great hydration and makes my skin look and feel better. The specialized ingredients will strengthen your skin’s protective barrier and seal in moisture, while the ceramides help to smooth the appearance of fine lines. With cutting-edge ingredients, this is a winner for any time of year.
Dermalogica Circular Hydration Serum – I follow the mist with this serum. Just a few drops will hydrate your skin for over 10 hours, and your skin’s hydration levels will increase over time. This is an everyday serum for me because it makes such a difference for my skin.
Facial Oils I’m Loving
Just Ingredients Organic Face Serum Oil (Sweet Citrus) – I love facial oils and switch around with different ones. I usually use this one during the day. Just 2-3 drops are all you need to give your skin a beautiful glow, and the smell is lovely.
Ayurveda Amplified Youth Spring Facial Oil – My sister gave me this oil as a gift, and it’s one of my favorites now. I use this more at night for firming and lifting. Packed with vitamins and a base of 4 oils, it’s anti-aging in a bottle. Use on the face, neck, and chest area for optimal results. Just a few drops are all you need, and the results can be seen in the morning!
Exfoliation
Naturopathica Oat Cleansing Facial Polish – I am loving this cleansing polish so much! Besides the amazing smell, it does a beautiful job of exfoliating dead skin cells and leaving your skin smooth and glowing. Gentle enough for all skin and even sensitive skin types. There are two sizes, and I usually get the 2oz. It’s cost-effective since you only need a small amount.
Skincare Tools That I’m Loving
Solawave – This is my new favorite tool. Small and powerful, that gives excellent results. Use this for 5 minutes daily, and you will be amazed at the changes in your skin. Firmer and brighter are just a few of the results you can expect to see. With LED red light and MicroCurrent, it’s a skincare powerhouse. It’s small and compact and is great for traveling. Once you obtain the results you want, use 3x a week to maintain. What a powerful 5 minutes for your skin!
Face Blaster – Oh, I am loving this blaster! This is for the face but can be used on other body parts. This tool will break up fascia that has you in knots. It will lift and tone the face and help to break up fascia adhesions in the body. I love this company, and they have other tools specifically for the body that look amazing. I have a list started already! There are many tutorials on the website to help you change your body with the fascia tools, and they can help you be pain-free also.
Health
Megababe Deodorant – I’m always looking for a natural deodorant that works! I can say that this one does! I have tried so many, only to be disappointed on a sweaty day. This one holds up to the task! Not only does it work well, but it’s nice and smooth going on, which is essential to me. I really love this new find. Give it a try if you are looking for a new healthier natural deodorant!
Books
The Room on Rue Amelie by Kristen Hamel – A World War ll story that takes place in Paris. Ruby is an American woman living with a husband who has grown distant and is out all hours of the night. In the meantime, she befriends a young Jewish girl next door, and their lives become intertwined. After her husband is suddenly killed, she finds out he was secretly working for the French resistance. Determined to take his place, she puts her life in danger to hide pilots in a secret closet in the hallway and in her home. One of those pilots changes her life forever. Such a good read!
The Personal Librarian by Marie Benedict & Victoria Christoper Murray – A fantastic story about J.P. Morgans’s personal librarian who gives in to pressure from her mother, to hide her true identity. Belle da Costa Greene is a black woman who presents herself as a white woman to secure the position and leaves a legacy in our nation in the process. This is a great story that is so well written!
That’s it for this list! Hope you try something new and it becomes a new love!
Until next time.
