I’m so glad to be back with you sharing things that I’m loving! I look forward to guiding you again with your skincare and nutrition and helping you become spiritually stronger.
First, let’s get to some good finds I know you will love!
Skincare I’m Loving:
Dime TBT Cream – I am loving the DIME products! Clean ingredients, affordable, and result-driven. This TBT cream is my absolute favorite! This is a retinol alternative cream that gives beautiful results without any harshness. It will target aging, dark spots, and so much more. Apply at night, and wake up to bright, pore-refined skin. I love it!
Dime Hyaluronic Acid Serum – I started with this DIME product and soon added it to my regimen. I love hyaluronic acid, and this one is wonderful. A little bit goes a long way. This serum instantly hydrates the skin and prepares it for further treatment. I stay hydrated much longer because of this serum. I use it twice a day.
Dime Hyperglow—After the hyaluronic acid, I follow with this serum. It’s vitamin C enriched with other unique ingredients to provide antioxidant protection for daytime use. You will be protecting your skin from free radical damage daily. This would be a good start if you are not using a vitamin C product!
Health:
Brain MD Omega 3 Power – This is a highly concentrated fish oil product that is a must for health. After checking what I was currently using, I found that these omegas had much higher levels of DHA and EPA, and I trust this company for its quality products. So switching was easy, and I have much less brain fog while taking these. A win!
Mega Food B12 Gummies –Extra B-12 is essential as you age. Most people are deficient and struggle with their energy levels daily. These B12 gummies are also good for your brain! It says to take 2, but 1 does the job for me. I truly feel a difference taking these.
Green Smoothie Girl Sprouted Flaxseed – I love this product! It’s a live, raw, bioavailable superfood you can add to smoothies or oatmeal for a healthy boost of nutrients. It contains sprouted ground flaxseed, which is powerful! One serving daily will give you multiple health benefits you can feel and see. Give it a try!
Waver Vibration Plate by Lifeprofitness – I am LOVING this! It has been a game-changer for me with lymphatic health. It has preset programs for you, or you can choose the amount of time you want. I use this daily and sometimes multiple times. It helps so much after a workout to reduce any muscle soreness. You can also use this to maximize your workouts and get more energy into your muscles quicker. Our lymphatic system is often not thought about much, but it’s crucial for optimal health and detoxing. The vibration plate is a great way to take your health to a new level. This unit is nice looking and affordable compared to other similar units.
Makeup I’m Loving:
Milk Foundation Stick—This is the best foundation stick! It has clean ingredients and is so easy to use. A few swipes evens out my skin and gives me a nice glow. It’s great for vacations when you want your makeup to be quick.
Milk JellyTint Blush Stick—This was the BEST find! I have been looking for a blush that lasts, especially for the summer. Many blushes say they are long-lasting but disappear quickly on my skin. This one does what it claims. It can be dabbed under makeup or on top with fingers or with a brush. Apply a little and quickly, and you will still be blushing by bedtime. I’m so happy I found it!
Books:
Good Boundaries and Goodbyes by Lysa Terkeurst – This book has been very timely. It has helped me place healthy boundaries within certain relationships to protect myself and my soul. Wise counseling from the author and her counselor provides the steps to restoring healthy peace to your life.
A Girl Called Samson by Amy Harmon – This is an excellent story of a young girl abandoned by her parents, who can no longer provide for her. She becomes a servant to a family but never loses sight of attaining her freedom and making a difference in her country. She leaves the family she is with, disguises herself as a soldier, and enlists in the Continental Army. And she gets away with it! Her ability to conceal her identity is a remarkable story! A great read!
A View Across The Rooftops by Suzanne Kelman– Nazi-occupied Amsterdam in 1941 is an unforgettable story of a professor who hides his former student Michael in his attic while trying to escape the Gestapo. Michael has a non-Jewish girlfriend, and their relationship is strictly forbidden. Michael lives in the attic for years until he can no longer take being apart from his girlfriend. Be prepared to be reading way too late at night with this book! Excellent writing and an unforgettable story.
I hope you find something new and it becomes a love!
In the meantime, watch for upcoming posts soon to guide you in all areas of your life so you can age with confidence and grace and be more grounded in your faith.
Until next time,
