Fragrance I’m Loving!
Good Chemistry Fragrance – OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS! This was the best find ever! There are a few to choose from, but the Queen Bee fragrance is the BEST! Ask my family! I have told all of them about it. I have given this as gifts also and they LOVE it! It’s the happiest smell! Clean and light, and fresh. It comes in a rollerball, body spray, and perfume. It’s essential oiled based which I love. It is the perfect summer fragrance! The best news? It’s at target so it’s affordable!! Check it out and be the queen bee!
Essential Oil
Blues Buster Essential Oil – Ever have a blue day? It happens. Hormones and stress can all take a toll on us emotionally. Sometimes you need an extra boost to get you to your happy place. This oil is it. I swear it works whenever I use it. One drop or two in a diffuser is just calming but not in a sleepy way. This is good to have on hand when stress sneaks up on you and its affecting your moods. The name says it all. Bust through the blues all while breathing this oil!
Books
The Masterpiece by Francine Rivers – This was a GREAT book! It’s a thick book, but once you start it you won’t be able to put it down. I literally read this every chance I got. The character development is wonderful. Looking for a summer read? Put this one on your list!
The Stress Solution by Dr. Rangan Chatterjee – I LOVED his previous book “How To Make Disease Disappear”( which I’m reading for the 2nd time!). This is a good companion book to go with the first. Stress is something we all deal with but how we handle it makes the difference in our health and how we age. This book goes in depth about stress but is still an easy read. I would start with his first book and then read this one. They are both keepers!
Tea I’m Loving!
Pique Tea Crystals – I have been wanting to try this brand of tea for a while, because of all the great reviews it has had. It’s highly recommended from top functional doctors that I follow and trust. These teas are different because they are crystals. Because of the formulation, you get triple the anti-oxidants. They are pure and powerful and target gut health as well.
Whole Foods had the GreenTea/Mint so I started with that. It’s so good! The best thing about these teas? You drink them hot or cold. They mix immediately in either water. They come in a slim pouch so you can throw them in your purse which is super convenient! You can put them in your water bottle also because they mix completely and I’m loving that! Anyone who knows me knows that I like hot tea only. I now drink these teas cold sometimes which I’m happy about now that summer is here!

Makeup and Tanning
Tarte Blush in Exposed – You will never need another blush! Don’t let the color fool you, it’s perfect! It has been written up in countless magazines for being versatile on many skin tones, and it’s the only blush you really need. It’s made with Amazonian clay and is more long-lasting than other blushes. Try it if you’re tired of trying to find just that right color of blush! Available at Sephora or Ulta.
Tanologist Self Tanning Drops – This was a GREAT find, thanks to my sister! These are drops that you add to your moisturizer. Love it!! Use it at night and wake up to a sun-kissed glow! There is no smell or tackiness either! The bottle recommends 1 to 12 drops. I think the sweet spot is between 4 and 6! Comes in light, medium, and dark. These will be so nice in the winter also when you need just a touch of color! Right now I’m loving waking up and looking like I just got back from a tropical vacation!
Kitchen
Recipe Rock – This was the best little find! I print a lot of recipes from food bloggers that I follow. I saw one of them raving about this little holder and knew I had to try it. I previously was using something that was too big to hold my recipes while cooking and wanted to find something else that would work better. This little rock thing is perfect! It’s small, cute and holds my print outs nice and upright. It comes in colors, but I got the graphite colored one which would blend in great with any kitchen. This was a great find, and I use it often!!
